Large Fellowship Hall B103-1, MARRIAGE & THE FAMILY

God’s plan for marriage and the family are covered in this video presentation that includes discussions on how the husband and wife share the greatness of married love, improve one another, build character in their children, and avoid things that destroy marriage.  Doug Hutchins, Bob Schaffer

Large Fellowship Hall B103-2, FELLOWSHIP IN CHRIST

Dorcas Rm, Ladies – THE AGE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT; A STUDY OF THE BOOK OF ACTS

While the Old Testament emphasizes the work of God the Father, and the Gospels emphasize the work of God the Son, the Book of Acts emphasizes the work of God the Spirit.  This class will look at the astonishing work of the Spirit through the early church, never forgetting that we are still in the Age of the Spirit today.  We will focus on the first 12 chapters of the book and the work of the Spirit in the first Christians in Samaria and Judea.  Lynne Maxwell

B142 – College, THE CHRISTIAN & HIS INFLUENCE

This outstanding study is designed to help the Christian live a holy and fruitful life  by examining each of the Bible’s metaphors – light, salt, epistles, and leaven.  The Christian’s influence in the community, on the job, and at home are covered, as well as winning souls to Christ and strengthening brethren.  David Jones

B144-1, Ladies - TRANSFORMING YOUR MARRIAGE

Marriage can be difficult at times, and you may feel the weight of unresolved marital or family issues.  Think of this study as a new lens, a “heavenly perspective” through which to view your husband.  Striking biblical insights will help you begin seeing your husband with new eyes.  Your marriage can be renewed, even in an imperfect world, with an imperfect husband, because you serve a perfect God.  A God who delights in making all things new.

Mindy Peck, Myrtle Schaffer, Deborah Pruett

B144-2, Men - UNDERSTANDING YOUR WIFE

“You husbands likewise, live with your wives in an understanding way…”  1 Peter 3:7 (NASB).  Do you want your wife to understand you?  Appreciate you?  Be more responsive to you?  This scripture-based study explains a woman’s deepest needs, shows a man how to meet those needs, and gives ten simple steps to strengthen any marriage.  David Peck, Don Turskey

B146 – SINGING CLASS

Learn new songs, sing old favorites, and have your spirit refreshed by fellow Christians lifting their voices in praise to God.  Jim Bell
